Have you ever been to the International Toy City? I've never seen more than about 100 toy stalls there in main building on 3 floors. Most of the out buildings are clothing, not toys.

Well, I cannot find any other large toy wholesale market in the city except the International Toy City. There is no exact number of toy stores. Most of toys have nice quality. And the prices are reasonable. :)0
