i need to get a visa medical (for china) in bangkok

HiI am applying for a student schlorship in China, however, I need to get a medical check-up (including the reports) before I can apply for the schlorship, where in Bangkok can I do this?  the medical that I need includes:Chest X-rayResting ECGBlood groupHIVLiver function testsSyphilisHepatitis B & C
