About:China Private Visit Visa

My girlfriend has Study X1 visa and I want to move to China permanently. What options I have?

My Danish girlfriend has X1 student type in China which last another 2,5 years. I would like to life together with her but I don't have job (yet).We don't have children and are not married and I have Dutch nationality. What options do I have to get long period one in China? Do I need to marry her? Do I need to find job first? Do I need to show evidence about financial situation? Hope you can help me

Since she is just your girl friend, you can only apply a Tourist L to stay with her. Usually, the Tourist L has a short duration of stay, maybe around 30 days. If you want to stay longer, you can try to apply for a long duration of stay or multiple entries type.

Or you can try to find a job in China. Then you can change your work Z to a resident permit, with which you can live in China for at least 180 days. If you do not have plans to get married with her, you are not suggested get married just for staying in China for a long time.
