is early april good time to visit taiwan?

Hubby and I are planning to visit Taiwan next year. We would like to avoid rain/typhoon/summer :) So just wondering is early April good to visit Taiwan (1/4/15-10/4/15)? What outfits needed?

In fact, I have to tell you it’s not so good to travel in Taiwan in April, for it usually rains a lot at that time, and i know  you don’t like the rain.And if you don’t mind, you can go there still, it is worthy to visit there, you can view a special scene in the raining season. It is cool and windy, you can wear long-sleeved shirts.
