You mean you already has a L for China?
You do not have a ARC card, right? The G card cannot help you to make application in South Korea. If you want to apply one, you may need to go to Japan for application.

Hey, foreigners who apply Chinese visas in South Korea must have their Alien's Registration Card and it should be valid for at least six months. That's what Chinese embassy requires. If you don't have this card, I am afraid that you may not apply successfully in South Korea. I suggested that you should go and apply in Japan because such a card isn't asked there.
