About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Routing the same?

Hi,
I am flying from Germany to PEK to HKG and back.
I did this before and on my flight back they did not let me enter China, because they said the routing is the same and I can only enter China on my flight back if I have another routing.
Do you have any information about that?? Thank you

Personally speaking, you are able to enjoy the free transit policy on your both trips, so it is suggested to contact the airport directly for confirming this. The airport will tell the right information.
