Can I bring a lg box of sample tooth brushes (not for sale) manuf. in Canada as a piece of luggage?

I think you can bring them in your checked luggage.

Hummm, I think the box is larger than my luggage, I may put my luggage in my "Sulca Brush" box.... I am guessing I can only take one piece of luggage (?)
