Visit visa for Hong kong for person living in Japan

I am Pakistani national i like to visit Hong kong in December holy days I live in Tokyo do in need of it if in need pls recuerment tell me

In general, you need to submit your valid passport, an application form, a recent taken photo, your hotel booking, your round trip ticket, your bank statement and your travel plans.
