About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Physical check up for infants, children under 2 years of age.

Hi, I am currently studying in China and have received my residence permit. I want to take my wife and 15 months old daughter here with me for the duration of my study. Right now my wife is processing her S visa application and also my daughter. From what I know, we need a physical check report for applying a temporary residence permit and I told my wife to do so. But how about my little daughter, does she need to complete the exact same checkup for grownups and does she also use the format of foreign physical examination report as my wife? thank you

The physical report is not needed for kids under 18 years old, but can apply the S1 directly.
