About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Do I have to book my flights and accommodation before I apply for the Visa ??

If you cannot provide an invitation letter from China, the flights ticket and accommodation are needed to book in advance before make the application. The tickets and accomodation bookings are needed for application.
