About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Applying Chinese Visa complications

Hi All,

I have a valid Chinese Z type with Compnay A branch office in Beijing China.
Company A headoffice in pakistan.

Now I am in Pakistan, and want to change my Z type with a new Company B in Beijing.

What is the way forward to get this, whithout notifying my current employer i.e. Company A.

You cannot change your Z type to company B without notifying the current employer.
If you want to change the job, you need to change your work permit first. So you need to have a release letter from Company A or ask them to cancel your work permit directly. So you cannot let them know this.

Hi gale,

Thank you for your response.

My opriginal work permit is with the current employer and they will not provide it to me, but I want to get Invitation Letter for Z from New Company.

Please guide me if there is any possibility.

Have you left your current employer? If you have left, you can provide your release letter to your new employer and then they will help you to arrange a new permit for you. If you are still in the current employer, things may not easy to handle.
