Will there be any complications if I will process my visa here in Kuwait (I'm currently working here) but I will be coming from the Philippines when I will visit China?

I am planning to purchase a roundtrip ticket from Philippines to PRC. Hope for your reply again. Thank you.

Yes, you can apply from Chinese embassy in Kuwait. Except for other required documents, you should provide your valid resident permit for employment.
