About:China Postal Service

Clearance event. Should I go to Wuhan customs and try and get the package?

Hi I've used a company called P4D to send a package from the UK to Wuhan but after tracking it, it says it's been in 'clearance event' for just over a week. What does that mean?

Latoya, normally you will receive a slip sent by China Post. Then you take the slip to the customs and pay the tax in order to get your parcel. If you are worried, you may visit the customs for help.
