are the hard seats comfortable enough

are the hard seats comfortable enough for an eight-hours day travel? i don't need much luxury as long as it's not like the small seats in the sleeper compartments ;)

The hard seat is in the size of 40cm X 35cm and two or three seats on each side of the aisle. Tow rows face to face and a small table between them. It is not comfortable for overnigh trips but if not an long overnight trip, it might acceptable. You can search on this website, there are some pictures of the hard seat.
