which airport shuttle buses go to which harbin hotels (near ice & snow festival of 2015) ?

I am an USA tourist planning to go to the Ice & Snow Festival of 2015.I know in previous posting you mention the buses numbers to go to these attractions but where do I ride these buses if I am going to stay in a hotel in the city.A) Can you suggest some hotels that have free shuttle buses to those tourists attractions or nearby?  I did find some stated nearby hotels on some hotel booking websites but unsure what buses's schedules & routes since I cannot read written chinese.B) Where do I ride the buses to the tourists attractions such as the following:1) Sun Island Park - International Snow Sculpture Expo2) Ice & Snow World near Songhua River3) ZhaoLin Park for the Ice Lantern Show4) Central Street5) Haerbin Museum6) Polarland C) Can you suggest any english website that list the buses schedules & routes going to the above tourists' attractions ?D) How long does it usually take to tour the above attractions ?

A. Hey, as I know there is no hotel offering free shuttle to these attractions. But you can stay in hotels in Central Street, which is very convenient for you to go to those attractions.Hotels recommend: 1. Tianzhi Hotel, which located in no. 160 in the Central Street. 2. Meinianhua Popular Hotel, which located in Xiwudaojie in Central Street. B. How to go these attractions:1). Sun Island Park: take bus no. 16 from Daoli Sandaojie and get off at Youyi Palace. When getting off, take a boat from the wharf.2). Ice & Snow World: take bus 126 from Central Street and get off at Ice & Snow World. 3). Zhaolin Park: the park is located about 500 yards in the east of the hotel, so you can just walk to there.4). Central Street: you’re already in the street.5). Museum: by this I guess you mean the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum, right? If so, you can take bus 64, 94 or 16 and get off at the Museum.6). Polarland: take bus 29 from the Flood Control Monument (Youyi Road) and get off at Sun Island. Note: Sun Island Park (1), Ice & Snow World (2), and Polarland (6) are all located inside Sun Island Scenic Area. If you wanna to go these attractions in one day, you can take the sightseeing bus back and forth.C. Sorry I don’t know any of this.D. For these attractions and see the best of the Ice and Snow Festival, you are suggested to stay there for four days.

Thanks for your response & suggestions.I never been to trhe city before. I am trying to plan for a tour to Ice & Snow Festival along with other popular tourists attractions.  I am from USA on a solo tour.Tours offered by touring agencies are very expensive for a solo tour like 3 day tour is around 900 USD or 4 day tour around 1,335USD which there are NO actual tour during arrival & departure dates.1) Do you know what Airport buses that go to Central Street Hotels directly or nearby?2) You mentioned previously there are sightseeing buses that go back & forward to Central street, where can I catch these sightseeing buses & their routes schedules along with how much is the bus fare ?
