If you get a Tibet Travel Permit, you can go to Potala Palace together with your visa and passport. I
t’s about 1388 miles from KM to Lhasa. If by plane, you can reach there directly. If by train, you can take a train to Chengdu, and then take train from Chengdu to Lhasa.0
