DO i need visa for 20 hours transit?

Hello I am living in the Netherlands but I am still holding a Philippine Passport. Next month we are flying to the Philippines via China Southern Airlines. Unfortunately going back from Manila to The Netherlands, we have to stop over in Beijing for 20 HOURS and the airlines will going to gave us a free hotel accommodation while waiting for our next flight. My worried is, do I have to apply a Transit G for our 20 hours transit? I am hope to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

Since you only have a 20-hour transfer, you do not need to apply a Transit G. You just need to apply for a stay permit to leave the airport.
