Libyan need visa to visit China

Dear sir
I am Libyan in Libya, I want to visit China and your embassy in Libya closed, How i can get a permit to visit China?

You can try to apply in a nearby country or try to get one in HK. However, to be honest, it is not assured that you can get one in the end.
