How is the weather like in November in Tibet for New Yorkers?

According to the weather records, it is cool, windy and dry at that time. The average temp is about 41 – 46 Fahrenheit degree. It might a bit cold for you, just wear some long-sleeved shirts, jackets and boots to keep warm.
