About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

How i can get china fresh working card before expire the old one ?

Hello,This is jesu from India,im having China Z visa till feb 2015 but i left my previous company and want to join a new employer.
Now im in India so how i can apply for a fresh working Z from here.
Can i still apply before getting expired the old?
If previous company dont agree to cancell then what can be done?

You mean your previous work permit cannot be cancelled or your Work Z cannot be cancelled?
If your work permit cannot be cancelled, it may be hard for your new employer to apply a new one for you.
If the work permit can be cancelled, but your Work Z cannot be cancelle, it does not matter. You can directly apply for a new job and get a new work permit to apply a new Work Z. After you get the new Work Z, your previous one will be cancelled.

I understand that my current z will be cancelled when i get new working Z but my question how can i apply a fresh work permit before expire the old?
If my previous employer dont cancell my current permit what type of action i can take ?

If your previous work permit, it may be hard for you to apply a new one. You can try to communicate with your former employer to consult whether they can cancel your work permit or not.
Did your previous employer give you a release letter? If you have a release letter, you can re-apply a new work permit in China mainland instead of India.

Releas letter means resign letter?

If they dont give or cancell working card then what action i can take against them?

Jesu, it's different from the resign letter. You write the resign letter. However, you need to ask your recruiter to write a dimission certificate stamped with their seal.
