Can I bring Infant Milk Powder while I don't have infant travelling together with me?

My brother has new born baby in China. I have to buy infant milk power (Similac) for the baby, Can I bring? is there limitation on the quantity?

You can take some for the baby, but there is a limitation. At most, you can only take 6 tins.
