S2 type for my sister

Hi! I'm in China with working/residence permit and I want to invite my sister to come here on Jan 11, 2015 but my resident permit will expire on Jan 20, 2015. I'm only allowed to apply for visa renewal around 10 days before the expiration but my sister will apply for S2 in China Embassy in Philippines around third to last week of Dec. 2014. How long is the duration of S2 will be granted to my sister in this case?

Your resident permit's validity will not affect the time to issue your sister's S2, but it may affect her duration of stay on your S2.
The issuing days are 4 working days.

I'm in China with a residence permit, my mom was only given a 14-day type this morning even though she specified S2 with 60 days in the application form :/
