Why is it that you allow people to smoke on the train.

Why is it that you allow people to smoke on the train .its not good for the health of others and there are always alot of people who makes it uncomfortable

According to the policy, it is not allowed to smoke in the carriage. There is smoking area provided for smoker. Thank you.
