Peru citizens need visa to Macau?

Hello, I'm from Peru (with residence permission in China) i would like to know if i need it to visit Hong Kong and Macau. In case i need, can I get the VOA?

You do need it for Macau, but it can be applied when you arrive to get VOA. For HK, you enjoys a 30-day free entry to visit HK.
