Open on public holidays?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if the Chinese Embassy in Phnom Penh is open on Cambodian public holidays?

Also, any experience with the one day rush service - is it reliable?

And finally, will all single entry visas issued at this embassy have a 3 month validity period?

It is closed during the public holidays.
It is possible to apply for a one day rush service, but it is not assured that your application can be accepted.

The single entry one will have a 3 months validity.
