About:Former Residence of Lu Shaoxu

im malaysian, now im applying tourist L, so i can stay in china for 1 month.

my husband work in beijing,but still didnt get the resident permit yet, i means his company just process it.mayb take times.so if i want to change my visa to s2 type in china,can i do it without living that country?

It is almost impossible to do it within China if you apply in your own. If you really want to do it, you can try to find an agency to have a try. Or you can go to HK to try to apply a new one.
