About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

In 2004 I adopted my daughter from China. Next month we are going back to China. My travel agency

told me that I need to submit my old passport with the chinese visa entry along with all my other paperwork for a new one. I don't have my old passport. What do I do?

Where is your old passport and do you have a copy or a photo of your old passport? The copy of your previous visa to China is also required for application this time. If you cannot provide them, it may be hard to get your application approved.

Or you can contact the embass/consulate to ask whether they can provide some other choices.
