i am a businessman importing goods from china. i have my visa to visit china. i want to take my wife with me to china .  we both have pakistani passport.

Since individual L type isn't applicable to individual Pakistanis, you might ask your Chinese partner to issue her an invitation letter and help her to acquire a M type like you.
