Can i use my Airport Express (AE) Travel pass to travel via bus, ferry and MTR to Shenzhen?

Just want to make sure, if i bought AE travel pass and still want to travel using bus, ferry, and going to Shenzhen via MTR, do i just need to top up my current card or i need to buy another Octopus card? Thank you in advance.
