How can I go to forbidden city from xueqing road via beijing bus?

Transfer is needed to travel by public bus. Walk north from Xueqing Road to Xueyuanlu Beikou bus stop to take bus no. 490 and get off at Fuchengmen Inner. After that, you can easily transfer to bus no. 101, 103 or 685 to your destination directly.
