visit sanya for christmas.

Question

Traveling to SY for the new years eve (1 week) with my husband and 4 year old son.Planing on staying in Days Hotel & Suites in this ssenic area(No. 212 San ya Bay Road). Is it ok? We would like to go to the beach for swimming, also take some days to visit the city center. How's the weather in December? Is it easy to get to the city center from where we're staying?How about restaurants / places to eat nearby with our son?Thanks
