airline crew fl residnt. where can i walk in to renew chinese visa in 1-2 days?

Florida res must go to Houston for it.  If I am airline crew, can i drop off in Wash Dc., or somewhere else where I can renew it in 1 or 2 days?

According to the rules, you need to go to Houston for application and other consulate is unable to accept your application. Since your situation is special, you are suggested to consult the consult the consulate in New York for application for confirming. One more thing to remind is that you can hardly get your crew type in around 1 to 2 days. The embassy/consulate usually does not accept the express service.
