can i get my visa on same day when i walk in? how much are there both?

I am a crew number for delta. I want to walk in and get rush same day chinese visa for a crew member and also wanted to get a visitor 2yr type to travel off duty to china as well.

Without the consular officer's admission, you can't apply by using rush service. You have to pay extra 30 USD for rush service if the officer agrees that you can use the rush service. By the way, I don't think there is a two-year long L type too.
