Earliest bus from Dali to Kunming? Or night bus?

I'm going from DL to Kunming by bus (4-5hr) and I need to reach Changshui airport by 4pm on the same day.

I'm wondering what's the earliest bus from DL to Kunming so I can arrive at Kunming and have some time to visit around Kunming before going to airport. Or is there a night bus from DL the day before? Thanks.
