I am staying at the Star Apartments on Weifang Road, Pudong, Shanghai.

What is the nearest point for me to hop on a sightseeing bus?

Hey, the nearest is Jin Mao Tower station of line 2. You can take a taxi to reach in 10min at the cost of CNY15.
