I would like to visit harbin in January unfortunately on a very tight schedule.

We will only have 3 days and would welcome any suggestions about sights and activities.

Three days are OK for traveling within Harbin urban area. There is an Ice and Snow Festival there in January. It's interesting. You can take part in it.
