I am arriving PVG at 8:40pm

Which is the best method of transport to get to Jing An Station and time it takes

Jing'an Temple station, right? Well, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to reach there directly. The ticket fare is CNY22. The journey takes about an hour.
