My other half and I wanna get married, I'm a dog he is a tiger. Should it be in year of the horse?

My birthday is 25th sept 1982, he is 9th may 1986. I heard it would be best if we got married in the year of the horse, since it is November now, I have until February 18th 2015 to perhaps organise something. What is the most auspicious day between now and then for us both?
