Here is the way and several transfers are needed:
take Airport Express to Tisng Yi, where transfer to Tung Chung MTR line and get off at Nam Cheong. Then transfer to West Rail line to Hung Hom. There you can take East Rail line to Lo Wu. After getting off, you can cross the border to walk to Shenzhen Luohu.0
