Teaching English in China

Hi,
I am planning to teach English in China, I am studying my Bachelor but I do not actually have a Bachelor yet, but 7 years experience and 2 Diploma's. Is it legal to teach in China without a Z visa, and is it possible to get one without a Bachelor, because there are employers who are saying that they can an arrange a work z although I do not have a bachelor.

Thank you
sk

It is illegal to work in China without a Z.
It may be hard to get one without a Bachelor if you want to teach in China. If your employer can arrange you to get a Work Z, it is OK. They have their own methods to get it and you do not need to worry about it.
