I m tunisian resident in doha I wait to visit hong kong for one week. Did I neet visa ?

And from where I can apply from chinese embassy in doha

You have Tunisian passport, right?
If so, you enjoy a 30-day free entry to visit HK, so you do not need to get that. You are suggested to prepare your round trip tickets and hotel booking in HK as well as your passport to pass the immigration.
