Does beijing airport shuttle use a dedicated road? Is it affected by congested traffic?

Yes, it uses the Capital Airport Expressway till Dongzhimen area and then use the normal raod in the city to the destination.
As to the congested traffic, it is hard to say, sometimes it would be affected.0
