Double entry but still need visa extention

I am in Beijing doing a Trainee. I have a double entry M visa with 90 days each stay. I want to stay in China for 187 days because my flight back to Germany is on the 187th day. Is it possible to extend the first entry and leave the country after extending the first entry (I have to leave the country although, becaaue if I just extend the first entry I am here for 180 days, but I have to stay in China for 187 days) Or is my second entry voided when I extend the first entry?

The extension for the first entry will not affect your second entry. So you can extend your first entry and then leave and exit China for your second entry.

Okay so there will be no problems when I entry China the second time, right?

An other question:
I have to enter before 15th April 2015; does this mean I can enter China by the 14th of April 2015 at the latest and then stay for in China for 90 days again?

It is right.

If the entry before is 15th April, 2015, the latest entering date is 14th of April, 2015 and then you can stay in China for around 90 days again.
