12 hrs layover in Hong kong, what is the nearest place for shopping, overseeing and good foods

So you plan to go into the city, right? Well, Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay are recommended for shopping and dining. For overseeing, I presume you wanna have the bird's eye view of the city. Well, go to Sky 100 near Kowloon station to have fun or go to the peak to oversee the city.
