I have fixed dates of traveling, and saw that some activities start in mid december and others in january . please help so that I can organize this trip … or not .thanks

It will be cold there. I would suggest you prepare enough warm clothing as well as gloves and scarves. Don't worry about the skiing items. All can be rented on the spot.
