About:China Visa Fees

My visa expired on the 8th Nov and my flight to Malays on 9th at 1:00am?Does it consider overstay

My flight is at 1:am on the next day and I would like to know if it is consider overstay!!? Do I need to pay a fine or it should be okay for the immigration?

Andy, you will be fine if you go through the immigration checkpoint and check in before 24:00.
