HiWe are a British couple driving from the UK to  Vladivostok.  We plan to ship our vehicle from Vlad and while it is being shipped visit China.  many thanks

Sorry, they don't provide email address. In fact, China Embassy just has an consular office there. I found out the email address of Chinese consulate in KHABAROVSK which administrates the consular office in Vladivostok. You may consult them.
