Hi we are visiting the city on 10th november , can u suggest where to buy laptops and other electronic items

You can go to 'Pacific Computer Mall'. There are many stores that sell all kinds of computers and other electronic items. It's located at no. 41, Huijia Mansion, North Caoxi Road.
