About:Chinese Embassy in Argentina

If I am a US resident in Argentina on a 3 month tourist stay, can i get a Chinese Visa?

Or do i have to be a resident of Argentina to apply there?

According to the rules, if you can provide your DNI in Argentina, you can apply in that country, otherwise, you are not able to apply there.
