My Hong Kong Visa is ready in Hong Kong but not on my hand !

hello Dear , i would like to inquire this issue. It had already approved in Hong Kong Immigration Tower and if they send me it lable to Dubai,it will take weeks but my travelling date is very very near and no time to wait and my air tickets and my leave days are fix so i cannot move as well.So i have air ticket to Hong Kong and i have ship ticket booking to Macao and go to Macao and my friend will bring it lable to macao.Can i do by that way.What i want to know is Dubai to Hong Kong by Air plane and Hong Kong to Macao by ship but how can i take the ship without entering to Hong Kong ??
